Whiskey Barrel Cream Cold Brew

Holiday Edition – For Riders 21+

Rich, smoky, and dangerously smooth — this coffee rides the fine line between classy and chaotic. Made with our ThrottleHaus™ Whiskey Barrel Aged Coffee, it’s a cold brew that tastes like your favorite dive bar met a high-end café.

Ingredients

☕ Coffee Base

1 cup ThrottleHaus™ Whiskey Barrel Aged Coffee (cold-brewed overnight)

2 tablespoons brown sugar syrup (sub: maple syrup for deeper sweetness)

¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Ice cubes – enough to chill but not drown it

🍶 Cream Layer

2 ounces heavy cream or half-and-half

Pinch of cinnamon or cocoa powder (optional but recommended)

🥃 Alcohol Option (Choose One)

1 ounce Irish whiskey – smooth, sweet finish

1 ounce bourbon – bolder, smoky edge

½ ounce coffee liqueur (Kahlúa) – for a dessert-like twist

🌿 THC Infusion (Optional – Adult Use Only)

1 teaspoon THC tincture (unflavored or coffee-flavored preferred)

OR

1–2 drops THC oil, stirred into the syrup before mixing (start low and know your tolerance!)

Note: Always follow your local laws and dosage guidelines when adding THC. Effects may take 15–60 minutes depending on method and tolerance.

Instructions

1. Cold Brew Prep

Coarsely grind ThrottleHaus™ Whiskey Barrel Aged Coffee beans.

Mix 1 cup coffee grounds with 4 cups filtered water in a jar or French press.

Let it steep 12–16 hours in the fridge. Strain and chill.

You’ll end up with a dark, aromatic base that smells like caramel and oak had a baby.

2. Build the Drink

In a tall glass, add ice. Pour in 1 cup of cold brew.

Stir in brown sugar syrup, vanilla extract, and your THC tincture or oil (if using).

3. Add the Booze

Pour in your choice of whiskey, bourbon, or liqueur.

Give it a slow swirl — you want the flavors to dance, not brawl.

4. Float the Cream

Hold a spoon over the drink and gently pour the cream across the back of it.

You’ll get a creamy cascade that settles on top like a velvet curtain.

5. Garnish

Dust with a pinch of cocoa powder or cinnamon.

Optionally, add a drizzle of maple syrup across the cream layer for drama.

Flavor Notes

Think smoky campfire caramel with hints of vanilla and toasted oak. The whiskey smooths the edges, and the THC (if added) turns the moment into a slow-motion vibe shift. It’s both cozy and chaotic — in the best way.
