Ingredients


  • Hibiscus tea – 4 cups hot-brewed (8 Tbsp dried hibiscus or 8 tea bags, steep 10 min)

  • 100% pomegranate juice – 2 cups

  • Fresh lemon juice – 2 Tbsp

  • Honey or agave – 3 Tbsp (warm slightly to dissolve)

  • Club soda or sparkling water – 2 cups, chilled

  • Ice – enough to fill a pitcher

  • Frozen “eyeballs” – prep a handful while the tea cools

Directions


  1. Brew & chill. Make hibiscus tea, strain, and refrigerate 30 min (or quick-cool in freezer for 10).

  2. Mix base. Stir honey into chilled tea until dissolved. Add pomegranate and lemon juice. Taste and adjust for sweetness or acidity.

  3. Serve. Fill a punch bowl or pitcher halfway with ice. Pour in tea mixture. Top with sparkling water just before serving so it stays fizzy.

  4. Finish. Drop in frozen eyeballs—they’ll float and watch your guests.
